Built for patient data. Built for your reputation.
Trust isn't a badge we add at the end, it's the architecture. Here is exactly how Doctopass protects the people in your care, keeps the AI accountable to you, and meets the obligations a modern practice carries.
Doctopass encrypts the most sensitive fields of a patient record at the field level, with keys separate from the rest of the record, and strips personal identifiers from a prompt before it leaves Doctopass servers for AI processing. Every read and write to a patient record is written to an audit log the doctor can search, on the Pro and Premium plans.
Human-in-the-loop, by design.
Every AI output is a draft. The doctor reviews it and explicitly signs before anything enters a patient record. There is no automatic finalization, no silent write, no AI decision that reaches a chart without a physician's name on it.
This is the foundation everything else is built on, because the safest clinical AI is one that never acts alone.
Stable angina, low–intermediate risk. ICD-10 I20.9.
Privacy enforced in the architecture, not the policy.
PII redaction before the prompt
Personal identifiers are stripped before any prompt leaves our servers for AI processing. The model sees the clinical picture, not the patient's identity.
Field-level encryption
The most sensitive PHI, mental health, and other protected categories, is encrypted at the field level with separate keys, isolated from the rest of the record.
Soft deletes, never gone
Patient data is never hard-deleted. Soft deletes preserve the clinical and legal record while honouring the patient's wishes, recoverable, accountable, auditable.
Every read and write, captured.
Full audit logging records every access to patient data, who viewed it, who changed it, and when. The trail is searchable by the doctor, so a question like "who saw this record?" always has a precise answer.
Audit lines read in plain language: "Dr. Anis Ouertani viewed this record on 12 May 2026, 14:32."
GDPR, handled by design.
Article 20, data portability
Patients can export their full record as structured JSON plus generated PDFs, on request.
Article 17, right to be forgotten
Erasure requests are honoured through accountable soft-delete, balancing the patient's rights with clinical-record obligations.
Consent versioning
Every consent is versioned and time-stamped, so you always know what a patient agreed to, and when.
Authentication & access.
Confidence through restraint. No loud gimmicks, no theatre. Just the controls a clinic needs to operate calmly, and the evidence to prove they're working.
